Maternal mental health is gaining attention in Singapore — yet many postpartum and breastfeeding mothers still struggle to find help. Hotlines and services exist, but they’re rarely surfaced when mothers are discharged from hospital. When the fourth trimester begins, support becomes fragmented, confusing, and hard to access.
Even as awareness around maternal health grows in Singapore, many postpartum and breastfeeding mothers still struggle to get the support they need. Support exists — but it is often fragmented, hard to find, or not shared when mothers leave the hospital. At one of the most vulnerable moments in motherhood, many are left navigating it alone.
